How it works
- Quick look at your site Before anything else, we check what platform, plugins and theme you're running, and flag anything urgent.
- You pick a plan Based on how much you rely on the site and how hands-off you want to be.
- We handle the maintenance Updates, backups and monitoring run on a schedule in the background.
- You get a report, not a surprise A short monthly (or quarterly, on Priority) update — and a heads-up the moment anything needs your attention.
If something breaks: every plan includes a recent backup, so updates can be rolled back rather than rebuilt from scratch. What's covered vs. quoted separately is defined per plan, upfront.

Do you build new websites?
No — this is maintenance for an existing WordPress site. If you need a new site built, we can point you in the right direction.
My site is already broken or feels hacked — can you help?
Get in touch and describe the issue. We'll take a look and let you know whether it's fixable and roughly what it would cost, before any work starts.
Do you offer hosting?
We don't host sites ourselves, but we've a good partnership with a couple of hosting providers and can arrange the setup for you.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans have no long-term contract. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year.
