A: Every plan includes a recent backup, so a bad update can be rolled back rather than becoming a crisis. What's covered to fix at no extra cost versus quoted separately depends on the plan, and is stated up front.

A: No. This is maintenance for an existing WordPress site only.

A: No. This is a maintenance-only service for sites hosted wherever they already are.
Q: Can a client's site already be broken or hacked when they sign up?
A: Yes — they should get in touch and describe the issue. Tidy Sites will assess it and give an honest answer on whether/how it can be fixed and roughly what that would cost, before any work starts.
Q: Is there a contract or lock-in?
A: No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year.
Q: What geographic area is served?
A: Small businesses in Ireland and the UK. The service is delivered remotely, so exact location within those countries is not a constraint.
